TWINKLE, TWINKLE...2

This is the second time I decorate with a "twinkle, twinkle little star" theme. It's an elegant theme for a 1st birthday party.

Venue: Vaibhav Restaurant, Jersey City, New Jersey

For the cake table, I created an arch using light blue and silver balloons. In front of the table, I placed small and smaller silver star shaped foil balloons. For the background, I placed a dark blue #1 foil balloon and several small stars.

For the table centerpieces, I placed 3 latex balloons and a silver star balloon on a lt. blue foil weight.
